Warranty Policy
What is Our Warranty policy?
All our SwiftTech computers come with Three Years Return to Base Warranty.
This warranty covers any enquiries regarding your product and any possible manufacturer faults (i.e. issues arising from how a product was made).
If you believe this issue can be fixed remotely, please get in touch with us, and we will try our best to help you out.
If your product requires attention, please return the item with all original packaging and contents (If possible). Otherwise, we can book one of our techs to come to you to check the machine after you provide the proof of purchase to SwiftTech. Please be aware that an hour of labour may be charged if you are not covered by the extra onsite warranty.
We might take the faulty product off-site to the workshop for extra examinations or repairs. Once the item has been received at the workshop, we will assess the item’s condition and provide an update with recommended repair or replacement options. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
Physical Damage
Unfortunately, physically damaged items will undergo further external assessment and may not be covered under warranty.
No Fault Found
Please be aware that if no fault is found with the item, there can be a charge to cover the cost of shipping or onsite tech.
