Onsite warranty policy
The onsite warranty covers the onsite technician’s time to come to your own premises and check the under-warranty machine. It also includes the fixing or replacement of the problematic parts at no extra cost.
The onsite warranty covers only defective parts due to manufacturer issues. The warranty does not cover any issues identified as due to customer misuse, physical damage, or damage due to third-party modifications or fixes.
Also, the warranty does not cover software issues, Windows problems, viruses infections, or any machines issues not related to the machine’s hardware
